Hi,
My name is Sheila and my daughter was told she has Huntington's about a year ago. Since then she has had to quit her job and stays at home and does nothing. She has no interests and only goes out with her daughter once in a while. she doesn't attempt to keep house, garden, cook or perform any tasks although I think she is still capable of doing so. He movements are getting worse but she still functions well. Is this normal? I have read all kinds of stuff on Huntington's but not much covers the emotional side of the disease and she doesn't talk about it. I am new to this chat room or any chat room for that matter and I don't know all the rules of communicating with others online so forgive me if I blunder. Thanks for any input you can give me to help me understand and help my daughter.
