Gabapentin

Gabapentin (Neurontin®) is a drug that is typically used in the treatment of seizures and is also used in the treatment of spasticity caused by MS and spinal cord injury. Caution is urged when combining gabapentin with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants because an additive effect may occur. This medication has minimal effects on concentration or thinking, but sedation may be a problem. Common side effects include clumsiness or unsteadiness and continuous, uncontrolled, back-and-forth or rolling eye movements. Less-common effects include changes in behavior, double vision, dizziness, loss of strength, and swelling of the hands or feel.
